Join Julia Grace on an entertaining and practical 8-part Mental Wellness course, based around Te Whare Tapa Wha. Each session has a TEDtalk style presentation of 15 - 20mins featuring Julia's unique blend of Stories, Humour and Science, followed by a workbook document.
