MENTAL WELLNESS please share - MOVE THAT BODY! šš£

Iām too tired.š« Iāve been sick for days.š I need more sleepš. I havenāt been for too long.ā± I havenāt got my stuff organised.š I look terrible.š My toenails need doing.š£ My foot hurts cos I stood on a nail three weeks ago.

The list of excuses this morning was as long as my arm but I pushed through and hit the Pilates studio anyway š“ (Half asleep to be honest)Ā

I canāt say I was brilliant but at least I was there! šš» What can you do to push through today? šš»
