I'm an international keynote speaker, Tui award winning singer-songwriter and Mental Wellness advocate with a strong background in Health Education.
Using a unique blend of Science, Story and Song, I share my personal journey with depression and anxiety to encourage audiences to Be Kind to their Minds.

I will tackle a heavy topic with a lighter touch, specialising in practical tools and language
around mental health the whole whanau can use.
I'll probably make you laugh,
